Mailbox Keys:
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.
Pool / Pedestrian Gates Keys:
2 Proximity cards (white) are issued at the time of unit purchase. Each unit is only allowed 2 cards. If cards are lost new cards may be purchased through the management company at the cost of $5.00 per card. The lost cards will be deactivated.
Gate Key / Transmitter:
2 smart passes are issued at the time of unit purchase as well as a 4 digit access code. Either may be used to access the front gate. Each unit is only allowed 2 smart passes. If cards are lost new cards may be purchased through the management company at the cost of $35.00 per card. The lost cards will be deactivated.
Visitor Parking:
Parking spaces along the west side of the community are reserved for guests only. Residents are not allowed to park in the guest parking. Street parking within the community is absolutely prohibited.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due on the 1st of each month.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 15th of the month it is due.
Assessment Late Fee:
All payments received after the 15th of the month are subject to additional late charges of $15.00.
